I was admitted to Indiana Hospital & Heart Institute Ltd. on 16.08.2021 (IP No.IP61025)-Regn No.IHHI308902) due to Covid -19 and Breathlessness ( I am suffering from Bronchial Asthma too). Dr. Don Mascarenhas was the physician who attended to me. I would like to place on record my appreciation for the excellent care provided to me during my stay in the hospital. The hassle free procedure for admission, the excellent assistance received from the Insurance Counter, the selfless services of the nurses, especially the night duty nurse Ms. Rajani, helped me overcome the pain and trauma of the Covid ailment and breathlessness. I specially thank Dr. Don Mascarenhas for the personalised care and regular follow up , both by visiting me and over the phone. For the past 20 years I used to get admitted to another hospital in Mangalore and ever since I was introduced to this hospital , it was nothing but a pleasant experience. I thank the management, supporting staff, X-ray technicians, nursing staff, cleaning staff and others for their commitment and dedication. I wish each and every one all the very best and thank them for helping me regain my health.
