Benefits of My Indiana Health Card -2
- Nominal fees : Rs.450/- per annum
- Sum insured : -Hospitalization due to accident: Rs. 1,00,000/- (all kinds of accidents
- In case of death: Rs.50,000/-
- In case of Permanent Total Disability (PTD): Rs.50,000/-
- In case of Permanent Partial Disability (PPD): Rs. 50,000/-
- Hospitalization expenses due to illness including PED but excluding
- Maternity : Rs. 30,000 – Rs. 15,000 per illness
- Waiting period : 90 days from the date of submission of application
- Room rent limit : Room rent restricted to 1% for normal room & 2% for ICU of sum
- For accident treatment : Insured per day excluding nursing charges.
- Room rent limit for : Room rent restricted to Rs.300 for normal room & Rs.600 for ICU per
- Illness excluding accident : day
- Age group : 3 years to 65 years
- Emergency ambulance : Rs.2, 000/-

- Cashless facility is available – Only in Indiana Hospital & Aramana Hospital Kasargod
- Hospitalization for PED & any other illness excluding maternity is covered – Up to Rs. 30,000 – Rs.15,000 per illness
- Pre-post hospitalization expenses (30-60 days respectively)
- Addition-deletion on pro-rata basis is available (Group Policy)
